BILL DICKERSON - Executive Director
In 1988, Bill Dickerson joined the CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation
as its Executive Director, after spending 16 years at William Paterson University in New Jersey
and two years at his alma mater SUNY Cortland.
As CEO, Bill oversees the CSUF ASC, a non-profit corporation with more than 750 employees
and annual revenues in excess of $40 million per year. In addition to the ASC—which is
essentially responsible for commercial operations, Grants and Contracts administration and
fiscal administration for various Campus entities—Mr. Dickerson also serves as Executive Director
of the CSU Fullerton Housing Authority, a separate auxiliary that oversees the University's faculty/staff
housing program that includes University Gables (a community of 86 for-sale homes), and University Heights
(a for-sale/lease community of 42 homes).
Mr. Dickerson remains active professionally in higher education associations --
having recently completed a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the National Association
of College Stores. He has served as President of NACAS-West -- the Western Regional
Association of the National Association of College Auxiliary Services. He has also
served as President of the statewide Auxiliary Organizations Association.
Bill is an active member and past President of the Fullerton Sunrise Rotary Club and
is on the Board of Directors of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce and the OC Advisory Council
of the Special Olympics of Southern California.

FRANK MUMFORD - Director, Finance and Administration
Frank Mumford joined the ASC in 2007 as its Chief Fiscal Officer, bringing over 30 years of experience in finance and administration. His areas of responsibility include the treasury, investment, budget, banking, accounting, post-award administration, human resources, payroll, Information Technology and campus program operations of Auxiliary Services.
Prior to joining the ASC, Frank held similar administrative positions at the Cal Poly Corporation in San Luis Obispo for eight years. Before becoming involved with CSU auxiliaries, Frank was the Assistant Vice President for Finance and Director of Budget Planning at the University of Cincinnati. Since graduating from Eastern Illinois University, Frank has held a number of progressively responsible management positions with universities and private sector firms.
Frank has been an active member of statewide, regional and national higher education associations. He has held senior positions in the CSU Auxiliary Organizations Association, the California State University Risk Management Authority and the Western region of the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS). He currently serves as President of the NACAS Education Foundation.
